Why the tariff review is part of membership

Your energy system and your electricity tariff interact. A battery setting that makes sense on one tariff may not suit another. Household use can also change over time. The member review gives you a route to revisit the tariff as part of the wider Evergreen relationship.

No Evergreen switching commission

Evergreen does not receive a switching commission. Third-party comparison websites used as sources may receive their own commission. This distinction is made clear so members understand how the review works.

New installations

The initial review is aimed for approximately 30 days after installation and handover.

Existing members

Existing Energy Club members can arrange their tariff review after joining by contacting the Evergreen team.
