Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about SwitchSwitch.
This prototype explains the intended customer proposition. Live tariff coverage, suppliers, commissions and switching rules will be confirmed when the final white-label partner is selected.
SwitchSwitch is a proposed UK residential tariff comparison and switching service from the wider Evergreen home-energy ecosystem. It is being designed with modern homes in mind, including solar, battery storage and EV charging.
Not in this prototype. The design deliberately avoids fake live tariffs, supplier ranking or savings claims. Those will only be shown after a suitable white-label comparison provider is integrated.
The intended difference is context. Instead of treating every home as a single annual consumption number, Smart Match can develop towards considering when the home imports, stores, charges and exports electricity.
Yes. Standard UK residential customers can still use the comparison journey. Solar, battery and EV information simply adds more context where relevant.
That is an important product goal. The final scope depends on the data and tariff capabilities of the selected provider. Combined import and export optimisation should be treated as a key supplier-selection requirement.
The preferred launch model is for an established comparison and switching partner to handle the live tariff data and switching fulfilment beneath the SwitchSwitch customer experience.
Evergreen Energy Club is the care and support relationship around the home-energy system. SwitchSwitch is the tariff optimisation and comparison layer. They are designed to complement each other rather than duplicate the same role.
