Member tariff review

A clearer way to review your energy tariff.

SwitchSwitch is not an automatic switching service. It is a member benefit that helps active Evergreen Energy Club members review their tariff in the context of their home and energy system.

Three outcomes can all be sensible.

Stay with your current supplier. Change tariff with the same supplier. Or switch supplier. The review is there to help you understand the choice, not push you towards one outcome.

1

Enter your search details

Start with your home, current tariff and available usage details. You can explore the form before signing in; live comparison access will be restricted to active EEC members.

2

Press Search: EEC members only

When you press Search, the live service will request your EEC member email and password if you are not already signed in. Member eligibility must be verified before searching protected sources or revealing results. This preview does not authenticate members or collect passwords.

3

We check relevant sources

We review multiple comparison sources and relevant supplier-direct offers. Where useful, we also consider solar, battery, EV and available usage information.

4

We explain the options and assumptions

Tariff availability and eligibility vary. The review explains what has been checked and the assumptions used rather than presenting a guaranteed whole-market answer.

5

You make the final decision

You decide whether to stay, change tariff or switch supplier, and you authorise any application yourself.

New Evergreen installations

First review around 30 days after handover

Evergreen aims to arrange the initial tariff review approximately 30 days after installation and handover, giving the system time to settle and allowing useful early information to become available.

Existing Energy Club members

Arrange a review after joining

Existing members can contact the Evergreen team to arrange their member tariff review. Ask the team about review scope and availability as your household use or tariffs change.
