The live service may ask for contact details, postcode, current supplier and tariff information, and relevant home-energy information. Do not provide passwords, bank details or supplier login credentials through prototype forms.
Why information is used
Information provided for the live service will be used to support the member tariff review, verify access where required, and provide the member with relevant comparison information.
Third-party comparison sources
Relevant comparison services or supplier-direct sources may be checked as part of a review. Their own privacy notices and commercial arrangements may apply.
